All Organizations are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, canopies,
electrical cords or other equipment needed for displays!

Along with your registration please provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Chemung County
"as an additional insured with respect to the Strong Kids Safe Kids event to be held 8/23/2008 at the Chemung County Fairgrounds."
All organizations conducting an activity are required to provide the certificate prior to 8/8/08.

Please make sure certificate uses language above naming Chemung County as additional insured NOT Strong Kids!

You will receive a registration confirmation letter with further information about check in procedures approximately 2 weeks before the event. We will make every attempt to provide you with your choice of location but are generally unable to confirm location until check-in due to the last minute changes made by participating organizations.
