Registration for the conference should be sent to the Coalition office. Use a separate form for each registrant.
Full payment or authorized purchase order or voucher must accompany all registrations (see table below to determine your registration cost). Written confirmation will be mailed to all registrants. No faxed or emailed registrations will be processed until full payment is received!

Continuing Education Credit is available for an additional fee of $8. A certificate granting 1 Continuing Education Credit (10 contact hours equal 1 CEU) will be awarded by Tompkins-Cortland Community College to those attending the entire conference.

Cancellation Policy: A $30 administrative fee will be charged on all cancellations. The balance of the registration fee will be refunded if written cancellation is received by April 28, 2000 No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 28, 2000. Refunds will be issued after the conference. A registration may be transferred to another person.

Team Discount: Any group of three or more from the same organization or agency may take a 10% discount on each registration if all registrations are received together and all are registering for both days. There is no discount on membership fees.

CCC MEMBERS ARE THOSE who currently hold a 2000 membership or those who join CCC when registering for this conference. Paid parent group members or paid agency members are entitled to send one representative at the CCC member price.

Accommodations

The conference will be held at the Albany Marriott Hotel in Albany, NY. To make your reservation, telephone the hotel or send the Hotel Reservation Form to the hotel. Be sure to identify yourself as part of the CCC Adoption Conference so that you will be given the special conference rate of $95 for a single, double, triple or quad. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes.

The Marriott Hotel is located on Wolf Road just five minutes from the Albany County Airport. Complimentary airport shuttle is available. The hotel is adjacent to Interstate 87 near Exit 4, two minutes to I-87/I-90 Interchange, and six miles from downtown Albany.
