Your help is needed.

During a recent review of NYS’s child welfare system, "strengths" were noted and certain "needs" emerged that required a plan for change.

You can make a difference by identifying what training, services and supports are needed by you to promote safety, permanence, and well being of the children you care for.

Answer the questions candidly. You do not have to fear any reprisals by doing so. Your survey will go directly to CDHS, an outside agency, which will collect the surveys and submit a summary of the findings to the state for review. Your individual survey will not be shared with your agency.
